    Early Bird Registration (applicable until 17 June 2011 ) $880.00 (inc GST)
    Standard Registration (applicable after 17 June 2011 ) $990.00 (inc GST)

Early Bird and Standard Registration includes attendance to the presentations and exhibition area, lunches and tea breaks each day and attendance to the Conference Drinks on Wednesday 20 July 2011.

PAYMENT
Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration and accommodation fees
Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners
   – you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
A 4% surcharge will be added to ALL American Express and Diners charges
Please make cheques payable to Vertical Events
Delegates will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice

CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical Events.
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those cancellations received before Friday 1 July 2011.
3. No refunds will be made after 1 July 2011.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
