PAYMENT
Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration and accommodation fees
Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners
   – you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
Please make cheques payable to Vertical Events
Delegates will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice
A 4% surcharge will be added to ALL American Express and Diners charges

CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical Events.
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those cancellations received before 2 July 2010.
3. No refunds will be made after 2 July 2010.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
