PAYMENT
Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration and accommodation fees
Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express and Diners
   – you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
Please make cheques payable to Vertical Events
Delegates will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice

CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those cancellations received before 7th September 2005.
3. No refunds will be made after 7th September 2005
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
